Return and Refund Policy
1. Policy Duration
Our replacement policy is valid for 3 days from the date and time of delivery. If 3 days have passed since you received your item, we regret that we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. (Within 3 days you need to mail a complete photo and unboxing video of the product showing damage or the wrong item.) 2. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In the original packaging.
3. Return Shipping
- For size changes with the product, you are responsible for the return shipping. If we arrange the pickup, the courier cost will be charged extra.

4. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as:
- Perishable goods like food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines.
- Intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
- Gift cards.
- Items priced under RS 500.
- Downloadable software products.
- Some health and personal care items.
- Specific categories of goods like clutch levers, electronic items, and spare parts.
- If we do not receive the original item within 30 days of receiving the replacement information, we will not replace, return, or refund it.
5. Conditions for No Return or Exchange
- Used products are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Products with unsealed or opened packaging upon delivery will not be refunded.
6. Repcment of Discounted Products
no replacements will be available for discounted products.
7. Delivery Estimates
Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.
8. Return Costs
If a product is returned or delivery is refused by the customer, the return shipping cost and transaction fee will be deducted from the refund.
8. Additional non-returnable situations
- Items showing signs of use.
- Opened media (CDs, DVDs, etc.), software, video games, and records.
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts is not due to our error.
- Items returned more than 3 days after delivery.
9. Warranty Claims
Warranty issues should be addressed directly with the brand or manufacturer.
10. Refund Process
Upon receiving and inspecting your return product in special case, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.
11. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- First, check your bank account again.
- Then, contact your credit card company and bank, as there may be a processing delay.

12. Sale Items
Only regularly priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
13. Exchanges
We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at Helmetracingudr@gmail.com and send your item to our physical address listed above. (Shiping from your location to the you location will be done by the customer)
14. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Otherwise, the refund will go to the gift giver.
15. Shipping Returns
You are responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it.
For high-value items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
17. Refund in case of non-availability
If we refund the order in any case then the transaction processing fee may not be refunded
